The four crisis areas we examine in this training is Personal Property Loss, Caring for an Ill or Disabled Family Member Longterm, Hospitalization and Death. During this time the participants will learn how than can help and assist their fellow coworkers during these times of personal crisis. This session focuses on the subject of REGRET. I do not in my personal or professional life want to get to point in my career or at the end of my life looking back with regret. In this training we discuss goal setting, accountability and self examination so that you will not one day look back with regret. We also will look at how we can learn from the “regrets” that we have already experienced in life but not allow them to define the rest of our life. This session looks at how we communicate with our coworkers and supervisors during a time of conflict. During this time we discuss how we are family to our coworkers and how at times there is conflict within the “family.” Just like our family at home experiences times of conflict so does our work family. In fact the average worker spends more awake hours with their coworkers in a given week than they do with their significant other at home. Just like our family at home, the key to a great and productive family is how we make through the difficult times of conflict. This session looks at how to move to the next level in your professional and personal life. We discuss how to set goals that will challenge you while also not setting them so high you cannot succeed at any of them. We will also learn how to have a person or persons that we are accountable too in our goals. If we truly want to move from just being ordinary to extraordinary in our professional life will we also need to examine and discuss how do the same in our personal life.
